Sahar Hamkar

Sahar Hamkar is a second year pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy (BSPP) as well as a minor in Chinese and Law, Science and Technology (Pre-Law). Her past experience includes interning at the Gwinnett County District Attorney's Office. Very justice-oriented, she became interested in the social, economic, and racial housing inequalities in Atlanta, and it led her to working under the Housing and Urban Policy lab. She believes firmly in the intersection between local government politics and urban planning research and is happy to help further the relationship between these two parties.
