Overview
Tiger Peng is a first-year master's student in Computer Science at Georgia Tech whose passions lie at the intersection of data science and urban systems, using data to uncover dynamics influencing cities which can guide policy-making and investment.
He has previously worked in Dr.Yiyi He's Resilient Energy Systems team, studying the impact of weather on power grid stability. He has also worked at the urban consulting firm APD Urban Planning and Management, performing financial and demographic analysis to guide investment, particularly in Atlanta's west side. He currently works in the Center for Urban Research under Dr.Brian An as a research assistant for both the GROWER and Housing and Urban Policy labs.
